What follows is a set of guidelines to help define our professional and business relationship. They are intended to minimize prorations in order to keep my fees down.

Our fees are $160 per 50-minute session, and are prorated if a session needs to be longer (sometimes preferable with couples and families). Patients are responsible for fees not paid by the insurance company at the time of service.
We understand that everyone's lives are busy and there may be occasions where you need to reschedule appointments. Please reschedule your appointment or notify us that will not be able to keep your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment date.
If you do not call us and are marked as a “No Show” for 2 consecutive sessions, we will not reschedule you, but rather place you on a Wait List until the doctor becomes available again. Thank you for understanding!
Insurance & Other Payment Information
We request payment in full at time of service. We accept cash, checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and debit cards with Visa/MC logo.
Please note that we operate as an out-of-network professional for most insurance plans, so your coverage may vary. We accept PPO's of any major insurance company. We are affiliated with Blue Shield, Magellan, and MHN Network Providers. Sorry for the inconvenience, but at this time, HMO's are not accepted. You may call your insurance provider to clarify your coverage for our professional services.
We are not on any Managed Care Panels and do not have any agreements with insurance companies for lowered rates. This interferes directly with our confidentiality. We take our appointments very seriously and hold the time for you so that no one else can be scheduled during that time. Our policy is to charge for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
